Powder Eyebrows is a semi-permanent makeup procedures that look just like your regular day-to-day makeup. Using gentle techniques, we apply pigment to the top layer of your skin to create a soft shadow. This is a multi-step procedure that requires a minimum of two visits. The best part is the results last 2-4 years!

Also known as “ombre brows”, this amazing treatment is smudge-proof, sweat-proof and waterproof. This technique is extremely natural- looking and lasts a long time. You will save so much time and money long term. Moreover, it’s a very safe and pain-free procedure with minimal side effects.

This is a much more gentler approach to traditional microblading, and is suitable for all skin types. Although it’s a more filled in look, you can go as soft as you’d like to create a soft shadow.

Eligibility

  • Must be 18+

  • Cannot be pregnant/breastfeeding.

  • Must be off Accutane for at least 1 year.

  • Clients who are autoimmune, diabetic, have HIV/hepatitis must have a doctors note/medical clearance in order to proceed.

  • Cannot have cancer/be undergoing chemotherapy.

  • Allergies to metal/ink should avoid PMU.

  • Clients should avoid PMU if you have eczema, psoriasis, or rosacea around the treatment area.

  • Clients with shingles or hemophilia cannot get PMU.

  • Cannot be taking blood thinners. You must be off of blood thinners for 2-3 weeks.

  • If you have undergone laser eye surgery, you must wait 2-3 months before PMU.

  • Botox/Fillers must wait 1-2 months.

  • If tinting your brows, you must wait 3-4 weeks before procedure.

  • Please stay home if you have a cold/flu/pink eye.

  • If using retinol/tretinoin, you must stop using 2-4 weeks before your procedure.

Pre-care Instructions

  • Do not take aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oils, prescription blood thinners, vitamin E, and niacin 48 hours before your procedure.

  • Do not drink alcohol at least 48 hours before your procedure. Avoid caffeine 24 hours before your procedure.

  • Discontinue any Vitamin A skincare products (Retin-A, retinol) close to the enhancement area 2 weeks before your procedure.

  • Discontinue use of AHA (chemical exfoliation) skincare products close to the enhancement area at least a couple days prior to your procedure.

  • If you have had botox in your forehead recently, please wait a minimum of 1-2 months before booking your appointment.

  • Avoid direct sun exposure to the tattooed area for at least 10-14 days before and after your appointment. Please do not have a sunburned face at your appointment.

  • If you have been on prescription Accutane, you MUST wait at least one year before considering this procedure.

  • No tweezing, waxing, or threading 48 hours before your appointment. Your artist will clean up your eyebrows for you.

Post-care Instructions


  • Wash your brows the night of your procedure with a gentle cleanser. Pat dry gently. Repeat the next morning. Keep the area dry after that when they are actively peeling. After the peeling is done, you can wash normally.

  • Apply a thin layer of recommended ointment 2 times per day with a clean cotton swab.

  • Do not touch your eyebrows.

  • Do not use a washcloth on the treated area.

  • Do not pick or scratch the treated area. This will cause them to heal unevenly.

  • No saunas, steamy showers, swimming, facials or steam rooms.

  • Do not apply makeup to the treated area for at least 10 days.

  • Do not perform any heavy exercises for at least 1 week. Avoid sweat on the treated area. Excessive sweating can lead to poor retention and a possible infection.

  • Avoid direct sun exposure to the tattooed area for at least 10-14 days after your appointment.

  • After they have fully healed, protect your eyebrows with a hat or sunscreen to shield them from the sun.
